  • Performance measurement is a measuring tool used to measure performance on a system. At this time there are many companies that measure only on financial aspect only but do not see comprehensievely. In this research the method used is the balanced scorecard which translate company vision, mission and objectives into strategic objectives and key performance indicator (KPI) as started in four perspective: financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. KPI is given weight and then measured using objective matrix method and traffic light system to know the value of index of achievement and index category. The results of this research are 7 green KPI that is return on capital employed, customer retention, customer satisfaction level, defect product ratio, production realization from productivity target level of employee productivity, level of employee suggestion that implemented. 2 KPI yellow is manufacturing cycle effectivennesee and the number of training, 5 KPI is red that is profit margin current ratio, quick ratio, return on investment, and level of customer growth. while the overall performance achievement index of 4,425 which means the performance is good and yellow, meaning that has not been achieved even thought it is close to the target.
