- Based on media interviews used by teachers at Mojorejo Elementary School 01 Batu, in reading and numeracy skills for mild mentally disabled children, they still use books only.So lightly mentally disabled children are less active role in learning, mild mentally disabled children still lack understanding with the material taught by the teacher,and reading and numeracy skills are still not that fluent.Based on the theory of problems faced by mentally disabled children in learning activities at least the required activities on remembering and understanding, because they have difficulty thinking abstractly. This study aims to determine:(1) describe how the implementation of media development komputarbacitungFor Children with mild mentally disabled, (2) describe the effectiveness of media komputarbacitung for mild mentally retarded children.The model used in this study is the ADDIE model, which is where the ADDIE model is arranged programmatically, with systematic activitieswith efforts to solve learning problems that are in accordance with the characteristics of children and also children's learning. The results of the study showing (1)Media Komputar Bacitung Development For Children with mild mentally disabled, which in the media, mentally disabled children will do instructions from the story problemto use the media in reading and counting. (2)the validity of the media can be seen from the percentage of media experts score that is 86%, material expert with a percentage score of 87%, and ABK learning experts with a percentage score of 95%.While the effectiveness of media can be seen from student learning outcomes and interviews, based on student learning outcomes and interviews, the media can be applied to Children with mild mentally disabled.
