- Scheduling is one of the important activities in the production process. Production scheduling is an activity of allocating resources, machinery and labor to carry our the task taking into account the available capacity. PR Putra Maju Jaya is one of the manufacturing companies that implements production pure flowshop. Less precisely the application of scheduling methods pure flowshop will cause problems. One of the problmes faced is the tardiness because the due date given by the company not in accordance with the completion time needed to complete a product. However, if the production completion time is faster than the specified due date, then it will cause a buildup of finished products in the warehouse. In this study, scheduling was done using the mixed integer programming method to minimize total earliness and tardiness. The results of this stud indicate that the mixed integer proramming method is able to minimize the total earliness and tardiness of 716,17 days or 70,9%.
