- This research aims to find out the form of productive zakat funds in YASA. By analyzing the distribution channeled and ZIS fund collection at YASA from 2015-2017. So that knowing the process or impact of productive zakat distribution for improving the people's economy by YASA Malang, the Mustahik and the people of Malang City have really felt it. This study uses a qualitative approach method, sure as a research procedure that produces descriptive analysis data in the form of written or verbal words from the characters and observed behavior. This research was obtained by the author from the Malang City YASA office. The results of this study indicate that the existence of YASA was felt to be of considerable benefit and contribution to the community. In overcoming social problems and poverty. Especially those Mustahik who are in the lower middle class, so they can foster enthusiasm. With the distribution of zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds lent to Mustahik so that the concerned can be independent and develop their business. This must be careful and careful in choosing Mustahik candidates in the hope that the funds will be utilized for the real interest.
