- Problems in the case of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) occur in Las Rapi Workshop, one of the manufacturing companies in Malang Regency which produces tralis fence. There were a number of cases of accidents experienced by workers in 2016. This research was carried out in the production section that was very prone to workplace accidents. Start by identifying any hazards that can cause workplace accidents. By aiming to find out the source of the danger of the cause of workplace accidents so that prevention can be carried out for the next period. The identification process using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) method. Based on the sources of hazard sources, there are 24 accident data potential hazards of fence production areas which are then classified into 5 types of hazards, including: Attitudes of workers, Affected by frames, Affected by sparks, Sanding exposed to dust debris and Messy Materials. Hazard risks posed to the fence production area include extreme risk, high risk and medium risk with 62% of extreme hazard risk matrices occurring in poorly structured work material, high risk and moderate risk of having the same value of 19% occurring at workers who do not use personal protective equipment (PPE).
