- Source maron is one of the developing tourist destinations in the malang district. Toursit destinations carry the natural concept by adding severql facilities. This study has the objectives of: Identifying the profile of the maron source tourism community, describing the impact of tourism development on income, social and environmental impacts. Data obtained through interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and observations. By using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis tools. Sampling in this study was 50 respondents by purposive random sampling. Especially residents who work in the maron source area. The results of the study show that (1) the impact of increasing income of people working in the maronsource area. (2) the absorption of labor for the community, especially the community around the source of maron tourism and (3) the impact og cleanliness of the physical environment which used to be cleaner slum
