- The purpose of this study is to describe the level of income of the small leather shoes industry in Magetan Regency and analyze the influence of business capital and the amount of production on the level of income of small leather shoes industry in Magetan Regency. This research was conducted in the small leather shoes industry in Magetan Regency. The data analysis technique uses questionnaire to 39 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the variable business capital (X1) partially has a significant and positive effect on income level (Y). Variable Total Production has a significant and positive effect on Income Level (Y). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.915 or 91.5%. This shows that the ability of independent / independent variables consisting of Business Capital and Total Production in explaining the dependent variable / income level is 0.915 (91.5%). While the rest of 0.05% (1 - 0.915 = 0.085) is explained by other variables outside the model that implicitly depend on disturbing variables.
