- The research objective is to carry out interbank transactions through the semi-automation clearing process at PT. Poor state bank Indonesia. Research uses qualitative data with data collection techniques using interviews and literature. The results of this study indicate that the clearing process in the BNI KCU Malang bank uses a semi-automation clearing system with calculations and clearing balances done by computer aids. There are problems that arise in the implementation of clearing between disbursement of clearing documents that are rejected, disagreement in inputting nominal documents and accounts closed. The efforts made by the BNI bank to overcome this problem is to provide an opportunity for customers to deposit funds, make reversals and cancel banks from customers who issue checks or demand deposits to take further action.
