- The aim of this research is to know and analyze the influence of ROE, EPS, PER, DER, and PBV on the change of stock price on sub sector retail trade which is registered in Indonesian stock exchange. By using purposive sampling method the writer finds 15 companies for sample. The analysis method is done by using double linier regression. The result of the analysis shows that all research variables influence the change of stock price simultaneously. Partially EPS has significant influence on the change of stock price while ROE, PER, DER, and PBV does not influence the change of stock price significantly.
