- Information system is one of many things that the University of Muhammadiyah Malang already uses to increase of laboratory productivity. Information system itself have dimension, Hardware, Software, database, procedure, and operator. The laboratory is one of the units at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang that use the dimension information system. This study aims to determine the use of dimension information systems in affecting productivity in University of Muhammadiyah Malang laboratory. This study used a sample of 57 respondents by using explanatory research and multiple linear regression. These results indicate that the dimension information system, hardware, software, and procedure can affect productivity in University of Muhammadiyah Malang laboratory. That is mean University of Muhammadiyah Malang laboratory has an information system with all components. But for database and operator can affect productivity in University of Muhammadiyah Malang laboratory. That things happen because laboratory didn’t have a complete information to access the database and laboratory need more programmer.
