  • High frequency indication of employee to enter and exit from a company is impacted by organizational culture and employee satisfaction shaped by RSUD Ngudi Waluyo. The aim of this research was to define the influence of organizational culture and employee satisfaction to turnover intention in this organization. The population of this quantitative research is non-PNS in Human Resource Division by total 35 people. Sampling of this research using census, involving all non-PNS employee in Human Resource division. Double regression analysis is used in this research and supported by SPSS 21. The result of this research show that organizational culture has negative and not significant influence to turnover intention, employee satisfaction has negative and significant influence to turnover intention. Finally, both of organizational culture and employee satisfaction have a stimulant influence to employee turnover this means that the higher employee satisfaction, lower turnover intention. Employee satisfaction variable has highest impact to turnover intention. So, this organization need to increase employee satisfaction variable to reduce turnover intention level of employee.
