- This evaluation was conducted to find out whether the public transportation tariffs in force in Fakfak City are still in accordance with the Vehicle Operating Costs at the moment or not. Data is obtained from relevant agencies and also interviews directly in the field with vehicle owners / public transport drivers and then the data is analyzed. Vehicle Operational Cost Analysis and Tariff Evaluation are carried out using the calculation method based on the Director General of Land Transportation Decree Number: SK.687 / AJ.206 / DRJD / 2002 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of General Passenger Transportation in Urban Areas in Fixed and Regular Routes. From the results of the study, the amount of Vehicle Operating Costs for Route A is IDR 76.899.602/vehicle per year or IDR 2.883/vehicle per km; Route B is IDR 77.181.018/vehicle per year or IDR 2.893/vehicle per km; Route C is IDR 76.967.755/vehicle per year or IDR 2.885/vehicle per km; and Route D is IDR 79.558.646/vehicle per year or IDR 2.338/vehicle per km. The evaluation results showed that the fare paid for Route A is IDR 4.859 for public passengers and IDR 2.915 for students; Route B is IDR 4.876 for public passengers and IDR 2.926 for students; Route C is IDR 4.863 for public passengers and IDR 2.918 for students; Route D is IDR 4.562 for public passengers and IDR 2.737 for students.
