- With the basis of freedom of expression, the people of Indonesia often misunderstand the freedom. One form of perversion of freedom of opinion that is doing humiliation made through electronic means called cyberbullying. That is how the regulation of positive criminal law about cyberbullying crime as one form of cybercrime in Indonesia and how the criminal law policy against cyberbullying as a form of prevention in the future. This research uses qualitative-descriptive method through normative juridical approach. Data collection technique used, that is library study. The data source used is secondary data and primary data. The focus of this research is limited to legal arrangement against cyberbullying in Indonesia and crime prevention efforts cyberbullying. The result of this discussion is that Indonesia has had legal arrangements for cyberbullying by using Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. The criminal law policy, through the Indonesian "penal" has drafted the 2012 Draft Law on Criminal Code which has sufficient existence influential for other laws. Can be drawn conclusions of legal arrangements that can be entrenched in cases of cyberbullying ie by using Article 29 of Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. The criminal law policy through penalty is pursued by an effort to update the Criminal Code and revise several articles of Law number 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. While through non-penal path Indonesia has not applied it especially if through education.
