- The purpose of the study was to describe the ability, organizational support and performance of inpatient nurses at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Hospital, to analyze the influence of organizational abilities and support on the performance of inpatient nurses partially and simultaneously. Samples were 80 nurses. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The analytical tool to determine the level of ability, organizational support and performance of inpatient nurses at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Hospital is a scale range analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect between ability variables, organizational support on the performance variable of inpatient nurses. The results showed that the ability in the category was high, organizational support was in good category and the performance of inpatients was high category. The ability to influence the performance of inpatient nurses with a value of t count of 4.528 higher than t table of 1.990. And for organizational support has a positive and significant effect with t count value of 6.880. The results of multiple linear regression analysis have a positive effect on ability, organizational support for the performance of inpatient nurses. Furthermore, for the results of the variable regression coefficients, the ability and support for oeganization have a positive effect on the performance of the inpatient nurse.
