- This study aims to describe the Employee Performance, Ability, and Work Motivation at the Employees of the Slawe Watulimo Trenggalek Village Health Center, analyzing the influence of Work Ability and Motivation on employee performance. Descriptive quantitative research type. The number of respondents was thirty-two respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The analytical tool used is the scale range analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the range of scales are known to be high in the performance of employees, ability in the category enough, work motivation in the high category. The results of the test - F are known for the ability and work motivation significantly positive effect simultaneously on employee performance. The results of the t-test are known to have a significant positive effect on performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The dominant test results are known to have the most powerful effect on employee performance compared to work motivation.
