- Background: This research is motivated by not yet maximal technique to kick the ball on SSB Putra Majapahit Mojokerto. To improve the ability to kick Plyometric Exercise Barrier Hops is a form of training method to develop the physical condition of the football players with the main target is the power exercise limbs. Plyometric is aimed at exercises that use the movement of muscles to hold the load up and generate power. Objective: To Know The Effect Of Exercise Effect Of Plyometric Barrier Hops Exercise On The Improvement Of Long Distance Kick In SSB Putra Majapahit Mojokerto. Research Methods: Experimental Research. The method used is one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this research is SSB Putra Majapahit Mojokerto players, amounting to 30 children. Sampling in this research using Purposive sampling technique, Instrument used is post-test and pre-test kicking the ball long distance. The analysis technique is paired t-test. Result: Normality test result with Shapiro Wilk got value for pre test group p = 0,71 and post test group got p value = 0,09 with significant value 0,05 where p> 0,05. In other words that from the research can be drawn conclusion H0 rejected and H1 accepted. With the statement of H1 that there is "Effect of Plyometric Barrier Hops Exercise Against Increasing Long Distance Kick in SSB Putra Majapahit Mojokerto". Conclusion: There is a Plyometric Barrier Hops Exercise Against Increased Long Distance Kick in SSB Putra Majapahit Mojokerto.
