- This study aim describing job motivation, compensation and employee performance in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (Syirkah Fastabiqul Khoirot) Lumajang, determining the influence of job motivation and compensation on employees’ performance, and determine the most influential variables on employee performance of the Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (Syirkah Fastabiqul Khoirot) Lumajang. The population used was all marketing staff at Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (Syirkah Fastabiqul Khoirot) Lumajang. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analytical tool used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation was included in the sufficient category, compensation was included in the sufficient category and employee performance was included in the sufficient category. Work motivation and good compensation have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of this study found that compensation has the most influence on employee performance.
