- ABSTRACT Design of Wheel Alignment Scissor Lift 2 Ton Capacity, used as a tool to reduce manpower and work optimally in the improvement of the steering wheel and the tires on the vehicle. The design concept used for this design is the design of critical component parts that receive direct expenses later design the main component part that receives overall load cargo, including the center of gravity vehicles. The method used in the design of the main components Wheel Alignment Scissor lifts such as the upper frame (main part), the undercarriage (basement), order to cross the outside, the framework of a cross inside, axle, hydraulic, bearings rolling namely the review of tensile, compressive stress , bending stress and shear stress on this part part- dimensional component to obtain the appropriate components and secure against stress caused by heavy load.
