- This study aims to describe Employee Performance, Financial Compensation and Work Discipline at the employees of UD. Sri Rejeki Tuban, analyzed the effect of Financial Compensation and Work Discipline on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study are employees of production departmen of the UD. Sri Rejeki. Total sample of 32 employees. The sampling technique uses total sampling, the analysis tool used is a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results of the scale range are known to be employee performance in sufficient categories, financial compensation in good category, work discipline in sufficient categories. The result of the F test are known Financial Compensation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the t test are known to have a significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The dominant test results are known that Work Discipline has the most influence on employee performance compared to Financial Compensation.
