- The purpose of this research was to describe the performance, K3 and discipline work in the Workshop of CV. Senoni Balikpapan and analyze the influence of the K3 and discipline work against the performance of employees. Sample research CV Workshop employees is Senoni amounted to 34 employees with total sampling techniques. Analysis tool to find out the level of performance, K3 and disciplined work is the analysis of the range of the scale. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to find out the influence of the K3 and discipline work against performance. The results showed that the performance of scale range results in the category enough, disciplined enough and motivation category work in the category is enough. Multiple linear regression analysis results showed a positive effect against K3 performance and discipline work positive effect on performance, as well as K3 and discipline work simultaneous positive effect on performance of employees. Then the expected employees of CV. Senoni to always improve work discipline K3 and so that performance of employees more unsatisfactory.
