- This study aims to describe employee performance, work motivation, employee job satisfaction of the Batu City Regional Finance Agency, analyzing the influence of work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The research sample was 58 respondents who were civil servants. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Descriptive quantitative research type. The analytical tool uses scale range analysis, simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis regression analysis. The results of the scale range are known to the employee's performance in the high category, work motivation in the high category, job satisfaction in the high category. The result of simple regression analysis is known that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the moderation regression analysis show that job satisfaction strengthens the influence of work motivation on employee performance
