- The purpose of writing is to find out the financing procedure at PT Pegadaian Persero UPC Batu city as the appropriate procedure for financing Krasida pawning. Procedures used include disbursement of pledges, mortgage provisions, and disbursement of pawning. Measure to find the feasibility of the procedure has met the requirements of the pawnshop or not. And the results of the krasida pawning procedure are obtained from the krasida financing that has fulfilled the requirements and is appropriate from the pawnshop and has good prospects in providing pawning to the community. The conclusion of the research The procedure of credit disbursement carried out by PT Pegadain UPC Persero Batu city is in accordance with the procedures and in accordance with the terms of the credit application procedure that has been determined by the head office. Simulation and provision of mortgage loan installment system at PT Pegadaian Persero UPC Batu has been explained and determined in accordance with applicable procedures. Procedures for repayment of credit for credit are also in accordance with existing procedures.
