- Intercultural communication is a situation that occurs when the sender of a message is a member of a culture and the recipient of the message is a member of another culture. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze Intercultural Communication of native inhabitants with Migrants in Building Tolerance of Banjar Sebudi Village, Denpasar District East Bali. This study uses a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques in this study that is according Miles and Hubberman which consists of four components: data reduction, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The results showed that Intercultural Communication of native inhabitants with Migrants so far can establish good communication and the ability to support the communication process. The message conveyed in the communication process is in accordance with each party's expectations. The use of media in communication is divided into two, direct and indirect communication. The effect or feedback in the communication process is by following all forms of provisions and the atmosphere supports the communication process that occurs so that the parties who communicate get the goals to be achieved in the communication process. Efforts to avoid obstacles that occur, namely each party that communicates has carried out the communication process in accordance with expectations.
