- There are internal and external factors that become obstacles for students who are doing the final task so that students need academic resilience to be able to deal with these obstacles effectively. Academic resilience is influenced by one type of personality, namely locus of control. Locus of control is an individual's ability to control events within him. This study aims to determine differences in the level of academic resilience in terms of locus of control in the final student. Determination of the subject using incidental sampling technique. This study uses locus of control scale and academic resilience scale scale (ARS-30). This study uses data analysis techniques independent sample t test. The results show there are differences in the level of academic resilience in terms of locus of control. Students with internal locus of control have higher resilience with an average value of 53,059 compared to students with external locus of control with an average value of 50,708. It can be seen that the p value is 0.001 <0.05.
