- Careers are important for individuals, organizations and society. Nurses who have high career decision self-efficacy will be able to do their job well. Career commitment is also needed by nurses because with a high workload they are required to always work under pressure. This study aims to determine the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and career commitment. This research was conducted in 201 RSUD nurses. R. Syamsudin SH. Sukabumi City, using a sampling technique, namely Cluster Sampling. The instrument used in this study is the Career Commitment Measure and Career Decision Self-Efficacy scale. The results of the Moment Product correlation analysis show there is a positive and very significant relationship between career decision self-efficacy and career commitment to nurses. The contribution of career decision self-efficacy to career commitment is (r ^ 2 = 0.246) 24.6%.
