- The ASEAN Community 2015 still needs many reparations for its implementation. Southeast Asian peoples should prepare a change of mind to view their regional rganisation. The epistemic community has a significant role to play in creating networics and working together inside their fields to make spillover effects for the public. The ASEAN Moslem Community is one of the ideas which can support the community in 2015. This organisation not only establishes network for cooperation, but also will contribute to conflict resolution in this region in relation to Moslem issues. This community will play a role aso ne of the parts of multitrack diplomacy for conflict resolution. As a nongovernmental organization, this community will have flexibility in its activities and can be relatively acceptable to the people.B ut it should consider itself asa community that is neuffal in conflict or it will lose its credibility.
