- This research aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of CV. Vicha Agro Industri. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Vicha Agro Industri totaling 60 people, the sampling in this study uses total sampling, which is taking the entire population of 60 people. The analytical tool uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Testing hypotheses using the t test and F test. The results of the scale range indicate that compensation, work discipline, and performance are sufficient. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that compensation and work discipline have a significant partial or simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of CV. Vicha Agro Industri.
