The method that used is Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) based on Norman Fairclough perspective by using the qualitative approach. This type of research is interpretative with the focus on research development ideology value on the online media coverage of CNNIndonesia.com channel after the International People's Tribunal of 1965 period 20-25 July 2016. The number of news that become the object of research is eight news in Fokus: Setelah Putusan Sidang 1965. Techniques for collecting the data is documentation obtained from the channel CNNIndonesia.com. The conclusion of this research is CNNIndonesia.com strives to provide news that supports the outcome of the International People's Tribunal of 1965 events. The ideological value that CNNIndonesia.com sees as a way to reveal the tragedy of 1965 and beyond. It can be seen from the analysis that the researcher did use the critical discourse analysis method based on Norman Fairclough's perspective through three levels of analysis he wanted, for instance, text level, level of discourse practice, and level of sociocultural practice.
