PERBANDINGAN EFEKTIVITAS BOOMERANG RUN EXERCISE DAN ZIG ZAG RUN EXERCISE TERHADAP KELINCAHAN PADA PEMAIN FUTSAL FIKES UMM

- Background : Agility is the ability of someone that can run fast then turn their position or route as quickly as possible with so sudden and well coordination. This ability is very important in futsal. A lot of hard work andsystematic exercises are needed to achieve it. There are some ways to improve this agility movement like boomerang run exercise and also zig zag run exercise. Zig zag run exercise is running to dodging something or someone with going it perpetually. Boomerang run exercise is running but at some point, the runner must have stop yet change their running direction to what they have prepared in mind before. Purpose : To know the comparison of boomerang run exercise and zig zag run exercise to agility on Fikes UMM futsal players Reseach Method : This reseach used quasi experimental method with two group pretest and posttest design approach. The sample wes divided into two groups intervention that consisting of boomerang run exercise and zig zag run exercise. This reseach has been done from 23 April-20 May 2018. Result : The results of this research used independent t-test between boomerang run exercise and zig zag run exercise to agility that found the p value 0,558(p>0,05) means H0 accepted Conclusion : There is no comparison of boomerang run exercise and zig zag run exercise to agility on Fikes UMM futsal players
