- This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and work environment safety on performance. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data PT Varia Usaha Beton Sidoarjo sub division Pasuruan The sample in this study was the production section employees totaling 45 people. The analysis technique used in this study uses a range of scales and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that the analysis of the range of occupational health safety scales is included in the category enough, the range of work environment scales is included in the category of adequate and performance is included in the category enough. The results of multiple linear regression analysis states that if work health safety is good, the employee's performance will be high and if the work environment is better and higher, the employee's performance will be higher.
