- The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. Malang Tour and Travel Malang. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis on a sample of 145 taken by non probability sampling techniques as a sampling method and using a questionnaire for data collection. The results of this study reveal that simultaneously service quality and price have an effect on customer satisfaction, partially service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction, price has an effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction.
