  • This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance with job statisfaction as a moderating variable on CV.Sumber Sinar Kediri. The1data1used in1this1study are1primary1and1secondary1data. The sample in this study was the production section employees with all of the production employees 45 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses a range of scales and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study can be concluded that analysis of the range of work discipline scales is included in the enough category and job statisfaction is in the enough category. The result of a simple linear regression analysis state that if the work discipline is good then the employee’s performance will be high. The results of multiple linear regression analysis state that if work discipline is good and job statisfaction is higher, the employee’s performance will be higher. Moderated Regression Analysis MRA) results states that job statisfaction strengthens the influence of work discipline on employee performance on the CV.Sumber Sinar Kediri.
