  • Career decisions is the readiness of someone to overcome a task and affords to participate in their work. Perception is a process of obtaining or interpreting information from what is seen. This study aimed at finding out whether there is a correlation between career decisions and teenage perceptions in the Hurun Inn Jombang dormitory. Quantitative correlation research was implemented research design. In addition, there are 60 people study was used quantitative correlational who had the age range of 15-17 become research subject. In this study, research subject was the student that incuded of 60 samples. Sample subjects was taken using quota sampling, which was included subject selection is done randomly. However, it was in accordance with the amount needed by the researcher. The researcher implemented the SDT (Signal Detection Theory) test instrument from CogLab (Cognitive Laboratory) as data collection by Greg Francis and Ian Neath from Purdue University. Afterwards, data obtained were processed in SPSS 21 for windows by using product moment correlation. The results of the data can be seen from the significance value of 0.560 (p> 0.05) where there is no relationship between career decisions and perceptions.
