- In this final task there were two problem: (1) How was the implementation of production sharing contract of crops farmland in related with Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1960 in Desa Pandansari Lor? (2) what factors which weaken the implementation of production sharing contract of crops farmland in Desa Pandansari Lor according to Undang-Undang Nomor 2 tahun 1960? this research use perspective of juridical sosiologic method. The result of this result concluding that the implementation of production sharing contract of crops farmland between owner and labor not fully based on Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1960 yet. In other word the implementation of the law is not effective yet. In reality, local society use custom law and habit in the implementation of production sharing contract of crops farmland. It can be seen from contract form, the period and land production sharing in implementation of production sharing of crops farmland which not accordance to Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1960. Weakening factor of implementation of production sharing contract of crops farmland based on Undang-Undang Nomor 2 tahun 1960 that farmer often complaining is about complicated procedure and long time of contract making. The recommendation is need to held a socialization that related with agricultural problems specially about production sharing contract, and about violations in the implementation of production sharing contract must charged firmly according to the rules, so the law certainty for owner and labor can be guaranteed.
