- POKMASWAS GOAL Sendang Biru as group of coastal supervisor Sendang Biru. Founder of POKMASWAS GOAL Sendang Biru doing conservation movement used the concept of Java Values in the process of environmental management. Majority of local communities did not involved on enviromental management, different whith POKMASWAS GOAL Sendang Biru that redefine the role of Java Values to maintain, protect, and conserve the environment. Deconstruksi space that tends to horizontal by POKMASWAS GOAL Sendang Biru which is interpreted as equality between human being with living creature and also God Almighty. This researchers want to know the Role of Java Values on POKMASWAS GOAL Sendang Biru in the conservation movement of Mangrove Forest Base Local Communities. The theory used in this research is Phenomenology theory of Alfed Schutz. The method in this research used qualitative approach with phenomenology type. Source were obtained through in-depth interview process and participatory observation to 6 movement actors and 1 founder of POKMASWAS GOAL Sendang Biru selected by porposive sampling method. The six subjects include Eko Muji S, Iswicahyono Kurniadi, Matsidik, Sutrisno, Supi'i, Toimin as the conservation movement actors in POKMASWAS GOAL Sendang Biru, another subject is the founder of POKMASWAS GOAL Sendang Biru and the conservation movement actor Saptoyo. Researchers explain and describe the role of Java Values into the concept of conservation movement in environmental management. The concept of Manunggaleng Kawulo Gusti and Malay Hayunig Bawono in the conservation movement as a behavior pattern in environmental management, researcher must be known about the development of Budi Luhur, Gotong Royong, Sopan Santun, Katresno and Urip Kang Urip behavior in daily life at POKMASWAS GOAL Sendang Biru
