- This study raises the issue of how much influence the SME Investments, Total Unit Labor Absorption of SMEs to the SME sector in 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2012-2015. The purpose of this peneleitian is to know the profile of the SME Investments, Number of Units SMEs and Labor Absorption in SMEs as dirty and how much influence the SME Investments, Total Unit Labor Absorption of SMEs to the SME sector in Indonesia in 2012-2015. The method used in this research is where the Panel Data Regression Test between variables by taking a cross section data and time series. The results of the analysis in the can in the first hypothesis is that the investment individually affect the absorption of labor SME sector. The results of the analysis of the hypothesis 2 that the number of units SMEs individually affect the absorption of labor SME sector. Based on the research implications of this research is the need for increased investment, Unit Number of Small and Medium Enterprises to promote employment.
