- This research aims to seek out how the big of regional finance management impact the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in city/regency of South Kalimantan among 2012-2016. This research employs several research variables; (1) independent regional financial ratio, (2) effectiveness of PAD ratio, and (3) capital expenditure. 13 city in South Kalimantan used as population in this research and sample taken by a purposive sampling method. The analysis tool which used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that regional finance management positively gives significant effect to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Based on the regression analysis, the regional financial positively significant to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP),the effectiveness of PAD is positively significant to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), and the capital expenditure is positively significant to the Bruto Regional Domestic Product (PRDB).
