- Some efforts have been made by the education managers to obtain a product or quality of education result, by making improvements and developing curriculum and quality of education. One such breakthrough is the implementation of full day school programs. SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang has carried out a full day school program in accordance with Permendikbud No. 23 of 2017. This study aims to describe the implementation of full day school at SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang, the supporting factors for the implementation of full day school and the inhibiting factors for the implementation of full day school in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with descriptive narative approach. The source of data which used are primary and secondary data source. Primary data source are from interview guidelines, observation guidelines, dan documentation. While the secondary data source are from study documents. The researcher describes result of researching by words. Analysis of data which used by researcher is Miles and Huberman Model. And validity test of data uses technique and source triangulation. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of full day school in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang in terms of objectives, management, intraculicular, kokulikuler, extracurricular, running well as already having management with their respective duties, the implementation of learning both in terms of intra-curricular, extracurricular schedule and carried out in accordance with the jadwa, full day school implementation in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang meets the regulations of the minister of education and culture, (2) supporting factors for the implementation of full day in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang, namely the collaboration of school principals, educators and education staff, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure. (3) The inhibiting factor is that the teacher is less innovative in teaching in the classroom, there are some students who do not pay attention to the teacher in learning, as well as facilities for the place of worship and some extracurricular practice sites do not exist.
