- Development carried out with simple or high technology is not protected from the risk of workplace accidents. Applying occupational safety and health management is very important because it can create a good and safe work environment. But all cannot succeed if there is no good commitment from all parties involved in the project. The purpose of this research is to assess the application of K3 management system and quantify the risk of workplace accidents that occur in construction projects. This study uses questionnaire data. Research respondents from the case study of the fly over construction project PT. Kideco Jaya Agung, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan. This research uses SPSS program, validity test and reliability test, and performance improvement using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of this study are the project has a good management system with a score of 69.67% and accidents that arise due to human factors and unsafe working conditions.
