  • Platform as a service (PaaS) by utilizing container-based virtualization can reduce the resources needed. The number of running E-learning in the server required a special management mechanism that can assist administrators in performing their duties. On the other hand the user's difficulty in memorizing IP addresses makes DNS a solution. Container-based E-learning that is only connected to the Docker internal network makes the application inaccessible from the outside network using DNS. Nginx is a platform that can bridge between the external network and the internal Docker network. Web-based technology with automated processes in E-learning management is one of the alternatives that can be used. The results presented in this paper is the mechanism of reverse proxy owned by Nginx can make E-learning accessible using DNS. The findings of the test results indicate that by using this mechanism the ability of data transmission to be increasing. In addition, Python-based web applications are built can perform E-learning management with a fairly short and flexible process.
