- This research was conducted to find out gender activities in managing agroforestry and livestock land and to find out the correlation of the role of gender given to agroforestry land management. This research was conducted in August to October in Pujon Kidul Village and Wiyurejo Village. The data taken is qualitative data originating from primary data and secondary data taken purposively. Determine the number of respondents using the Slovin formula (1960), with 98 respondents. Correlation tests used the Pearson test. In activities on agroforestry land, men have more roles than women can be seen from the nine indicators that are determined, activities such as hoeing (97%) and buying seeds (82%) are the only activities carried out by men, while for making beds (71% ), seedlings (66%), harvest (45%), piping (66%), pest control (56%) and planting (47%) are male dominant activities. Seasonal crops such as cabbage and mustard carrots are the most common commodities. planted. For activities on the farm, the roles of men and women have the same number, from the six indicators determined by three indicators such as looking for grass (76%), clean pens (57%) and milking (70%) done by men. Whereas for cleaning up livestock (68%), giving vitamins to livestock (71%), and delivering milk to cooperatives (76%) carried out by women, and the results of the correlation show that both male and female Gender correlates with the role in the process the effort to maintain food security which has a positive correlation with male gender has a value of 0.763 which means a strong correlation and female gender has a value of 0.802 which means it has a strong correlation with the significance of 0.01 in the r table level (2-tailed).
