- Flood Disaster is one of the disastersthat often happens throughout Indonesia. In this global era Flood Disasters has experienced a very high increase in wave currents. Based on the Flood Disaster Report Data in Truni Village 2018 years explained that 215 resident houses submerged in water by reaching between water levels 0,60 to 0,80 meters. Insfrastructure/paving road by reaching a loss of 50.000.000; with an area of 50 meters which causing paving road to be damaged eroded by water flow. While, Insfrastructure/agricultural road 50.000.000; with an area off 300 meters which cause agricultural roads to be damaged eroded by water flow. The method used is descriptive qualitative which provides an overview about the process Establishment of the Flood Disaster Strong Village in Truni Village lamongan Regency. Now, The concept used is disaster management which provides an overview about the stages of the disaster of strong village indicators whice a implementation trough the establishment of the disaster strong village in Truni Village Lamongan Regency. In the perspective of disaster management obtainable research results which show that the process establishment of the disaster strong village which is conducted by the disaster management agency region in the village of Truni Lamongan Regency can be seen in six indicators of the disaster strong village that is Legislation resulted village regulations about the disaster management. Planning resulted contingency plans and community action plans. Institutionalization resulted the Disaster Management of the Strong Truni Alert Forum (FSTTPB). Funding resulted budgets from APBDes. Capacity Building resulted in socialization and the improvement of capacity in the society. Implementation of Disaster Management resulted evacuation routes and the early warning systems. Therefore, from the six indicators mentioned must be fulfilled by the disaster management agency region can be to increase the anticipation and alertness about disaster management with the activities do prevention, mitigation sustainably. As for the idea that can be deliver is the commitment between society to build a Truni Village is safe from floods.
