- Assessment of the health level of cooperative aims to investigate the actual of cooperative’s health during the cooperative do all the activities. This study have a purpose to know healthy levels of Karyawan Tirta Damai PDAM Cooperatives Balikpapan in 2014-2016. This research is a case study research. Cooperative’s health can be known based on Regulation of Deputi for supervision of the Minister of Cooperative and Small and Medium Scale Businesses of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/PER/Dep.6/IV/2016. Assessment of the health level of cooperative based on Regulation of Deputi for supervision of the Minister of Cooperative and Small and Medium Scale Businesses of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/PER/Dep.6/IV/2016, there are any aspects to calculate, capital aspect, quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, autonomy and development, and cooperative self-identity, and then will be found the total score that will be benchmark to assess the level of health of the cooperative.
