This research aim to know an influence of work motivation on employe performance with Islamic motivation as moderating variable in Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Branch Malang. This research use quantitative approach with research object on Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Branch Malang. Selection on the company is due to their consistency and rapid growth until today, behind those succes certainly there are quality human resources which play an important role on improving it. Performance is work achievment and becoming an important factor in the company, For achieving a hig number of company performance attemted to also give high motivation towards the employees. Method used in this research are interviews and questionnaire. Using scale range data analysis and moderating analysis (MRA). The result of this research shows that work motivation have significant influence in employee performance. Work motivation and Islamic motivation doesn’t significantly influence employee performance and Islamic motivation moderate the influence of work motivation on employee performance insignificantly. The conclusin of this research is that work motivation still have significant influence without Islamic motivation as moderating variable.
