- Background: The background of a person is influential in defining the ideal body that can be seen from the posture. The ideal body shape is achieved by changing a healthy lifestyle becomes a dream for all women. Fat thickness is fat composition on the surface of the body that will affect the density of the body and affect the appearance. Freeletics is one exercise that combines body weight training with high intensity interval training for the ideal body shape. Besides, the consumption of dietary supplements becomes an alternative option that provides a positive perception as a supplement to diet and exercise efforts. Both of these efforts have the same goal of reducing the fat thickness in the body, so that the body can be shape ideally with a good density. Research Methodology: The research design was conducted by means of Cross Sectional by using 31 sampling were taken by using purposive sampling technique based on inclusion criteria for data retrieval research. Result: The results of this study used a Mann-Whithney test with a Sig value (2-tailed) less than alpha it means that H0 was accepted and there is no comparison between freeletics exercise with dietary supplementation for fat thickness of women productive age in Malang City.
