  • Background: Women tend to want to have a healthy and ideal body, but a lifestyle change now that causes a person lacking in physical activity while intake in more than activities undertaken thus causing overweight. To lose weight can be strong by zumba. Purpose: To determine the effect of strong by zumba on weight loss in women in the F2 Studio Fresh n Fit Tlogomas Malang. Subjects: A total of 31 female respondents who follow strong by zumba class in Studio Fresh n Fit F2 Tlogomas. Research methodology: This research uses quasi experimental method with the one group pretest - posttest design with purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 31 respondents who follow strong by zumba class. Weight measurements taken before and after a given treatment using weight scales, for 4 weeks in a treatment done 3 times a week Results: The results of this study using the paired t-test states that there is a strong influence by zumba on weight loss in women in the F2 Studio Fresh n Fit Tlogomas seen from the results of the probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Conclusion: H1 accepted meaning contained by zumba strong influence on weight loss in women in the F2 Studio Fresh n Fit Tlogomas Malang.
