  • This research describes idiosyncratic factor of Ma Ying-jeou on Taiwan’s Foreign Policy through Three No’s Policy. Three No’s Policy making connections between Taiwan and Tiongkok are better from Ma Ying-jeou’s term of government. Three no’s policy is approved is aprovedas the most profitable policy for Taiwan under Ma Ying-jeou, because through this policy Taiwan and Tiongkok have a lot of corporation, especially corporation in cross-strait. This research using idiosyncratic concept based on a description of a description of Falkowski who used to describe how the influence of ideology, youth experience, speech and political carreer Ma Ying-jeou in issuing Three No’ Policy. This research using descriptive method with qualitative approach through journals, books, news and thesis. The result shows that Ma Ying-jeou idiosyncratic is Mediator with traits; low nasionalism, high conceptual complexity, low distrust of others, high believe in own control, high need for affiliation, high need for power. The character of this Mediator often unifies the differences between countries and plays the role of go between, this the same as the efforts that have been done by M Ying-jeou in reconciling the relationship between Tiongkok and Taiwan with a lot of cross-strait coorporation trough issuing Three No’s Policy.
