- Construction has several important and strategic roles in supporting the growth and development of various areas in life. both in economics, culture, education and no exception to the construction plan of Central Laboratory Building of University Muhammadiyah of Malang which is required for the addition of classroom for teaching and learning activities for academics. In this case, the author wants to learn about the planning of the required budgetary, making scheduling using the PERT method, as well as on the use of resources for the implementation. As for result for this study of planning it is found that the value of budget cost with + 10% tax is 14,671,660,000 IDR and the scheduling period is for 42 weeks, with the longest delay is for 43.20 weeks and the probability of completion is 99.86%. On the use of human resources, it is known to peak at the 15th week of the 4th month with the use of human resources of 104 per day (Workers/Day) with the details of 70 workers, 7 foremen, 6 leaders of workers, 9 carpenters, and 12 smiths.
