- In supporting the development of an area, many factors need to be addressed. Whether it is from supporting facilities and infrastructure. One of the factors supporting a regional development is the existence of transportation system and can support the mobilization of the population. One of them is highway planning that intercity between Pasuruan city with Malang city of East Java. The purpose of this plan is to know the thickness of Rigid Pavement by referring to two methods. The first method is the Bina Marga 2003 method and the second method is the AASHTO 1993 method. From the planning result obtained the thickness of Structure Concrete Slab Rigid Pavement using the Bina Marga 2003 method is 27 cm with K-350 concrete and the thickness of the foundation structure Concrete Mix Concrete is 10 cm, with 6% base ground CBR and iron size used: Ruji dowel Ø 32mm, length 450mm, and 300mm spacing, Tie bars D16, length 700mm and 750mm spacing. And the thickness of Concrete Slab Rigid Pavement using AASHTO 1993 method is 33 cm. Size of iron used: Ruji dowel Ø 38mm, length 600 mm, and 300mm spacing, Tie bars D13, length 635mm, and 750mm spacing.
