- Not all children can be lucky to have a family an a home which is able to provide a sense of security and comfort. When not finding a sense of comfort doesn’t close the possibility of making children looking for comfort outside of the family environment, which actually has the possibility of negative impact on children. The exsistence of street children is often regarded as a phenomenon of social problems that are often felt disturbing comfort, security and identical with criminal acts. This resulted in the negative stigma attached to the street children growing in the community. One of the efforts that can be used in handling street children by facilitating their ability to survive for children. This study aims to find out the model of street children guidance that is done on home industry named Rakha Bakery in Torongrejo Village Batu City and know the process of the stages of Rakha Bakery home industry in conducting coaching on street children. This research uses descriptive qualitative type method with purposive technique. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation an conclution. While for the validity of data in this research is by doing triangulation technique. Based on the results of research in the field showed that the model of street children based on home industry using a holistic coaching model. By going through three stages: 1) Initial stage, 2) Advanced stage, 3) Final stage. Of the holistic coaching model is implemented trough five coaching programs: 1) Social development, 2) Development of personality, 3) Spiritual guidance, 4) Fostering skills, 5) Economic development. In addition, the research results also explain the obstacles faced by the home industry Rakha Bakery has limited facilities, lack of supervision on street children living environment, less intensive in approaching and implementation of less scheduled coaching. Their efforts to overcome obstacles by improving supervision, coaching with a predetermined schedule and performing a more intensive shortening.
